How do I book The Gilded Nib for calligraphy services?

How do I prepare my guest list for calligraphy?
Please submit your guest list in Excel format. Please write out all abbreviations (Doctor, Avenue, Street, etc.) as it will be hand calligraphed exactly as written in the information you supply. We have a template that we will happily provide to help make this an easy process for you.
How much time is needed before my event to ensure I book far enough out?
As soon as you know the date of your event it is a good idea to reach out to inquire about our current production time. Our timeline can run months out so we encourage you to reach out soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate an accelerated timeline but we value the time that the art of calligraphy takes and want our current projects to be given the attention they need to make our clients’ lettering projects meet our standards.
What is the pricing for calligraphy services?
While The Gilded Nib is pleased to offer a range of calligraphy services, one of the most popular places to begin is envelope addressing. Pricing for a single (or outer) envelope is $6 and an inner and outer envelope set is $8. Please click here for a more detailed pricing list.
How is invoicing carried out?
A 50% initial retainer is required upon booking The Gilded Nib calligraphy services before any work begins, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion of the order before it is delivered or shipped to you.
